RETURN POLICY

However, you're fully protected by a 100% money-back return policy. (This does not apply to digital downloads)

Here's how it works...

In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they're in good condition). Returned products with missing or damaged components are subject to a re-stocking fee of 5%.

For our Turning Point Event (TP)

If, during our TP event for which you have bought a ticket directly from the Company, at the end of the first day's attendance, you do not believe you are getting more value than you invested from the event, then contact admin staff at the end of the first day's event. You will be provided a full refund, and you get to keep all product materials.

Beyond the end of the first day's session, this money-back return policy is void.

For our Combined Program sales of Turning Point (TP) and First Million (FM).

Refund qualification is dependent on attending BOTH days of the TP event and completing the first day of the FM event. If at that point you feel you have not obtained more value than you invested from the program, then contact admin staff at the end of the FM first day's event. You will be provided a full refund, and you get to keep all product materials.

Beyond the end of the first day's session of the FM event, this money-back return policy is void.

For other physical products ordered on our site:

Any materials found to be defective within a purchased product will be replaced upon written notification by submitting a support ticket, indicating your name, the product purchased, a copy of your receipt, data of purchase and the specific component missing or defective. Replacement product components will be shipped to you at no cost.
